The Villa develops on two floors, welcoming family and friends in luxuriously appointed guestrooms, each with magnificent en-suite bathrooms, hosting up to 13 guests. The ground floor is a spacious open space, comprised of prevalently white furnishings like the exceptionally comfortable sofa, the grand dining table that seats up to 12 people, the fully equipped kitchen (stove, bar with fridge and icemaker, sofa and satellite TV), and the particularly indispensable liquor bar, an essential touch to make your aperitif by the pool ever so tailored and special. The common area that occupies great part of the ground floor is dominated primarily by light colors, varying from white to beige, creating a luminous atmosphere of total relax. On the same floor, accentuating the concept of relax, is the SPA area, where guests can enjoy the indoor heated hydromassage infinity pool (3,80mt. X 2,5mt x 1mt depth), the sauna (4mq) or the Turkish bath 4sq.m, and ultimately rest on the heated loungers. What makes the SPA area unique in its genre and the perfect destination all year round, is the effortless sense of continuity with the outside area. The stained glass windows offer guests an indoors experience that does not take anything away from the beauty of being en plein air. The first floor of the Villa is reserved to the sleeping area where guests can find 5 finely renovated minimalistic double bedrooms (all with king size beds), with modern en-suit bathrooms, beautiful glass showers and satellite TV. Three of the bedrooms also have single beds, perfect for families with younger kids. Finally, there is a TV and lounge area with stunning attic windows. This zone is only reachable by lift from the SPA, and it is the perfect location for younger guests to enjoy their afternoon, while parents enjoy theirs in the indoor oasis. The Villa provides all amenities and facilities, including Wi-Fi indoors and outdoors and air-conditioning/heating system in every room. Exteriors The outside area is definitely the strong point of this Tuscany Villa with Spa. Every aspect of the courtyard is finely curated and equipped. The freshly cut bushes that perimeter the property grant the right amount of privacy without taking anything away from the breathtaking view of the beautiful Tuscan countryside delineating the horizon. The marvelous L-shaped infinity pool (11 x 7 meters plus 4 x 5 meters), framed by immaculate white pebbles, refreshes the soul of the house with a touch of impeccable elegance. In proximity of the pool, the Villa offers a masterly designed lounge area comprised of outside sofas and sunbeds that you can also find lying around the pool and two freshwater showers. The Villa offers a second lounge area, a wooden pergola creating the perfect outside dining area, with a wrought iron table that seats 12 people. The dining area, strategically placed close to the kitchen, is easily reachable through the French window, making the outside experience as comfortable as being inside.
